Clarington Volunteers
The Municipality of Clarington has developed an online portal that allows residents to connect with volunteer opportunities offered by local community organizations. Access to this service is free for both organizations and volunteers.

Non-profit printing services
Clarington recognizes the importance of non-profit groups and the contributions they make to our community. To assist our community partners, we provide free printing services to non-profit organizations. To qualify, your group must be non-profit, municipally based and provide broad coverage to the community.
Criteria for non-profit printing services
Eligible organizations are allowed 2,500 pages per calendar year at no cost. Over 2,500 pages per calendar year pay in accordance with Clarington's User Fee By-law.
Eligible document requirements
Eligible documents must:
- Be electronic and in print-ready condition.
- Follow the Use of Corporate Resources for Election Purposes By-law.
- Benefit Clarington residents or support a Clarington community event.
- Not contain content violating the Criminal Code of Canada.
- Advertising for a commercial purpose is not permitted. However, logos and business cards are allowed on the document.
- Requested print jobs must be a standard paper size (Letter: 8.5 by 11 inches, Legal: 8.5 by 14 inches, or Ledger: 11 by 17 inches).
- We can accommodate requests for folds, including half, Z, C, or double folds for legal-sized paper.
- White paper or available colours of copy paper.
- Single-sided, double-sided, booklet, stapled, cutting, collated.
- Black or colour ink.
Large print jobs involving detailed specifications may not be accepted.
- Allow five business days for requests of 1,000 pages or less.
- Allow 10 business days for requests for more than 1,000 pages.
- A print request does not guarantee that we can fulfill the request. All requests are subject to review. Staff will be notify you within two business days if we can fulfill your request.
