• Municipal staff will review your application and communicate any additional information required.
• If successful, a conditional approval will be granted.

• A conditional approval letter will be issued, including details on the grant funding allocations and potential funds you can receive.
• Work can begin. The work is completed and paid in full by the applicant.

• The applicant can submit their receipts for reimbursement.
• An inspection of the work or final photos may take place before funds are released to the applicant.
